We wish to introduce our company as a project engineering company engaged in providing customized solutions for automation of material movement for various industries in India with different products and flow characteristics and have an experience of over 22 years involving conveying systems, storage, batching ,drying and packing of the products with higher accuracy and are in a position to automate the handling activity in the plant with minimal or no manpower. We have executed many materials handling related projects in various industries in India and have our manufacturing facility at Mumbai and have been providing turnkey solutions to various problems related to material handling in various industries.

In spite of the robust construction of our equipments, we maintain a good stock of spare parts to reduce downtime and also depute personnel if required for assistance.
Facilities
The manufacturing facility houses a machine shop with advanced CNC manufacturing and customized laser cutting so that the pre-fabrication activity is automated and hence in close tolerances during assembly and houses Lathes, Drill Machines, Power Press, Bandsaw, MIG Welding Machines, Argon Welding Machines and Numerous Small Power Tools.
The production process consists of initial development of the layout as per the client’s requirement, the layout preparation is carried out in 3D in true scale to check for interferences and fouling of equipments already installed so as to reduce the installation time. These true scale drawings of the equipments are converted to manufacturing drawings after which equipments are prefabricated using automized CNC lathe and Laser cutting machine which ensures that there are no human errors. These laser cut panels and components are assembled in the shop floor.
